Outbound Tour Operator

Inbound Tour Operator

Travel Agent License

Trade Name Submission
Submit your desired company name to the Department of Economic Development (DED) at the Tasheel Center.
Initial Approval
Obtain initial approval to form a company from the DED. This involves signatures from all participants on the DED forms.
Site Inspection
DED officers will conduct a site inspection of your office premises. You must provide a location map and proper office details.
LLC Agreement
Draft the LLC agreement through a legal translator and get it verified by a public notary.
Notary Signing
All partners or authorized attorneys must attend the notary to sign the court agreement.
Tenancy Agreement
Prepare and finalize the tenancy agreement for your inspected office space.
License Issuance
